With Led Activated you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered every time. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination.
Shipping can take anywhere between 3 – 5 days depending on shipping carrier, availability of item and destination. See the list below for general shipping estimates.
When you’re dealing with US shipping tracking numbers are not always available immediately after shipping so please allow for about 1 – 3 days. If you have not received an automated email within 3 days of your order, please email customer service at info@LedActivated.com and we will send your tracking number to you manually.
At Led Activated, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to try it on and return it for a size exchange or store credit.
That’s right babe. You have 30 Days from the date you RECEIVE the product to determine if you like it or not. If not, no worries babe, as long as you send it back to us within 30 days of your delivery date, you may either return the product to us for a size exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return
Your Led Activated item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn and return it unwashed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered to you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
For sanitary reasons, these items are not able to be returned although we will arrange a way to resolve any issues you have. Simply email us at info@LedActivated.com
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. You and only you are responsible for the shipping address that you provide. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation we advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance on what you can do to recover your items.
Broken/Faulty/Incomplete item :
If you received a broken, faulty, or incomplete item – please contact us at info@LedActivated.com, and a replacement will be sent out.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You will be notified by email with a receipt of your refund. Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account (If ordered from a Paypal balance, refunds are usually instant)
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account (Usually 5-8 business days depending on the credit card).
